Boni Candelario

Boni Candelario is a career coach who specializes in helping professional women explore new work “adventures” that match their interests, skills and abilities.  Using an InsideOut coaching  approach she helps women create action plans on topics such as re-inventing their careers, handling an industry transition, navigating internal politics and conflict, as well as starting their own e-businesses. She writes at www.bonicandelario.com. As a Blogalicious Social Media E-Guide author she published an e-book, Career Strategy for Bloggers: How to Use Your Blogging Skills for Offline Success based on her coaching work with Bloggers and Social Media Managers.

In addition to her running her coaching business, Boni works at Yale University in the
department of Organizational Effectiveness as a trainer and career coach.  She also leads the Yale Latino staff affinity group. At Yale, she has created sought after strategic career
programming to empower individuals to navigate their career, go outside of their comfort zone, and communicate their value and skills.

As a Latina and working mother, Boni understands the difficulty many women have in
marketing and promoting their accomplishments and talents to senior leadership, supervisors and clients.  Her mission is to empower women to take charge of their career, believe in their abilities and secure success.  Boni holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
