Michelle Y. Talbert is a Relationship Strategist and producer and co-host of the popular weekly podcast, "They Met Online..." She is a self-proclaimed "recovering attorney," and start-up founder. She's a strong proponent of doing IT afraid and is a "superconnector," regularly introducing peanut butter to chocolate (in business and love!). Additionally, Michelle is a social media correspondent, producing social media content for many top websites and live events. Her credo is "Content void of Context is futile." You can not hire an intern off of the streets and expect them to understand your voice and your customers's hearts!

Michelle left the full-time practice of law in 2012 to write, speak and build programs to share her knowledge and expertise in social media as a tool for relationship building. Michelle juggles her social science and legal education with a healthy helping of life experience and humor to help people open up about love and business relationship challengs. She has a heart for working with people and especially women rebuilding their lives after divorce.Michelle graduated high school at age 17, married at 18, gave birth to her son at 19, her daughter at 20, and by her 22nd birthday she was a divorced single mom. She continued to work as an administrative assistant by day while attending community college at night. At 27, Michelle transferred to Cornell University studying social policy and human development, and subsequently received her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania and Business Certificate from Wharton. Graduating at 30 and 33, respectively.
